Hop Nation & Wildflower reunite for Us: a traditional dry Irish stout brewed with English ale yeast and hops, blended with a portion of Wildflower’s barrel-aged Amber — a naturally fermented sour beer.

Smooth, dark, and dry — with roast, a touch of funk, and a creamy nitro pour.

Now for the pouring instruction...To ensure the perfect head is formed, we suggest following the below pouring guide for our nitro stout brew.

  1. Give it a couple of shakes.

  2. Crack the lid, and pour vigorously into a glass.

  3. Sit back with a grin while a cascade of tiny nitrogen bubbles slowly rises to form a creamy head atop this silky smooth, pitch-black stout.

  4. Get cozy, drink and enjoy.
