The 2025 Kalash was aged in seasoned Bourbon barrels for four months before blending. The result is a deep, brooding beer layered with complexity. A subtle oak and Bourbon character integrates beautifully with notes of dark chocolate, tar, and spice.

For this release, a select portion of the 2025 Kalash was aged in whisky barrels that previously held mature Bakery Hill Single Malt Whisky for over a decade. The result? A dark spirit that bridges the worlds of beer and whisky—layered, smooth, and undeniably bold. It’s everything you love about Kalash, elevated by the deep complexity of one of Australia’s finest single malts.
