With 19 craft beers on tap and chef Alex Addams Williams serving up Good Pizza, our open-plan brewhouse is the perfect spot for everything from casual catch-ups with mates to larger gatherings of up to 50 guests. Chef Alex Addams Williams heads up Good Pizza focussing on long ferment dough, in both thin 13” rounds and thick, crispy pan varieties, with no toppings off-limits.
We know everyone has their own idea of a “good pizza”, so if you want to load up your slice with anchovies, drown it in hot sauce or shower it in parmesan, you do you! And if you are that person who likes pineapple on their pizza, you most certainly can get it – there’s no judgment here. And we even have a special menu for the Little Taccas.
Mingle among the tanks in the spacious open-plan area or head upstairs to the mezzanine with a view over the bar for a more private experience. We'll pour the drinks with catering by our kitchen residents Good Pizza.
