Brewed with our friends at The Catfish in Fitzroy for their 12th birthday, this Helles Lager was designed to be enjoyed all day.
Taking inspiration from the beer gardens of Bavaria, Germany, it is made with quality German malts and traditional lagering techniques, delivering a rounded palate. The result is smooth, malty, and sessionable, with a hint of citrus and spice from Hersbrucker hops.
