Turn The Page is our latest Site Fermentation Project release in can, and is a nod to one of puddings most iconic combinations, rhubarb and custard. We took 100kgs of rhubarb from the Footscray Market and cooked it up with some whole vanilla beans, before re-fermenting it on sour blonde ale from our foedre. This is a tart, soul-warming sour that goes well beyond dessert.
