Handpicked, natural fermentation. Hand plunged, basket pressed, aged in French oak on lees. Unfined and unfiltered.
Bright, cherry, juicy. Vibrant, juicy plum and cherry aromas give the wine life and lift. Some spice and carbonic characters are present, but elegance is its main feature.
