Lapin celebrates the cherry harvest. We take our foedre-aged sour blonde ale and re-ferment it on organic Victorian Lapin cherries for two months. The result is a complex, tart and refreshing sour, showcasing lively cherry notes.
1 x Barrel Aged Pineapple Sour Blonde Ale 6.6% alc/vol
This beer is a blend of three sour blonde ales, two of which were aged for two years in French oak puncheons, the third a more recent batch, blended to add youthful freshness-all were fermented using our house-mixed culture. After blending it was then re-fermented on fresh Queensland pineapple. It bursts onto the palate with tropical sweetness and vinous-like characters, finishing with a tart complexity.
1 x Oud Bruin Ale 8.7% alc/vol
This beer was made using a base malt of 50% Munich malt, along with a selection of wheat, oats and base schooner malts. The resulting beer was aged in 225L French oak barrels for two years on our house culture. Displaying earthiness and brown spice on the nose, the palate is balanced by malt sweetness and a tart, racy acidity.
We ship orders with Australia Post twice weekly on Monday and Thursday, with every customer able to track their order via the tracking number provided by email.
Delivery in Victoria is free when you spend over $75. If you live locally, we also offer free pick up for orders placed online. You will receive notification when your order has been packed.
