Rattenhund is the beer that no one asked us to make, but our brewers knew we all needed. It utilises a number of techniques we don't typically implement across our beers, so it was a fun one to bring to life!
Traditionally brewed using Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt, partnered with Perle and Spalt Select hops. Rattenhund has been fermented by Bluestone Yeast's Pilsen strain, before an eight week extended lagering. Clear, refreshing with a fluffy, lip smothering head.
