The Wine Series sees us take discarded grapes from the wine-making process, and add them to the sour blonde base from our foedre.
MUSCAT GOLDEN SOUR was made with grapes sourced from Quealy Wines, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. After being added to blonde melange from our foedre, the grapes were removed and it was aged in barrel before further can-conditioning.
A fragrant, floral version of the blend with a touch of extra funk.
