The Wine Series sees us take discarded grapes from the wine-making process, and add them to the sour blonde base from our foedre.
MALBEC GOLDEN SOUR was made with grape skins and stems from Mark’s Farm, Benella. After being added to blonde melange from our foedre, the grapes were removed and it was aged in barrel before further can-conditioning.
It pours a rich, deep purple, with notes of green melon and berry, and plenty of funk.
