RED RABBIT is our latest Site Fermentation Project release. Starting as a sour red ale using our house culture, aged hops, and then aged in french oak shiraz barrels for approximately 8 months, it is then blended on second-use cherries (from Lapin) for two months. The result is a tart, complex, sour beer with a luscious red fruit aroma. that is bright and jammy with a pleasing natural acidity.
