Eggers - Double IPA
In our fourth Double IPA iteration, we worked with Eggers who are part of the oldest family of hop growers in New Zealand.
A simple malt bill lets the hops shine, with a generous dry hop of Nelson Sauvin and a second of Mosaic Cryo. Expect vibrant citrus with grapefruit, and juicy passionfruit to balance herbal notes & bitterness.
